Your Stay
Check-In & Check-Out
Check in from 3pm. Your check-out time is by 11am on your day of departure.
Wi-Fi Access
Connecting to our Wi-Fi is a breeze — simply search for the network named Macdonald Wi-Fi and enjoy uninterrupted connectivity. You don’t need to enter a password.
Smoking
There is a no smoking/vaping policy in place at our hotel. To keep New Blossoms clean and welcoming for everyone, anybody found smoking in their accommodation will incur a £100 fee. We’re very grateful to you for helping us keep the air fresh and our spaces smoke-free.
Housekeeping
Should you require the room to be serviced during your stay, please leave the “Please service room” hanger on the door by midday before departing for the day. Should you wish to not be disturbed, please place your “Do not disturb” sign on your external door handle. Any additional amenities can be requested by scanning the QR code below or dial 01829 863040.

Bar & Lounge
The bar is open until late for our resident guests. Offering light bites, refreshments, and the quintessential British Afternoon Tea.
Room Service
Our room service is available 24 hours a day. There is an extensive ‘In Room Dining’ menu available on the desk in your bedroom. Please note only cold options available after 9pm. Orders can be placed by scanning the QR code below or dialling 01829 863040.
A tray charge of £5.00 for orders will be added to your bill.
Please note, if you choose to have an open account on your room for the duration of your stay, keep the signed portion of the key card with you to verify the room number, as you will be required to present this. You will also need the signed card when requesting a new key cut and going down for breakfast.
Spa & Leisure
Use of the pool, sauna, steam room and gymnasium are complimentary to all our guests during their stay. We also provide complimentary towels and lockers:
- Monday–Thursday: 6.30am–10pm (Last entry 9pm)
- Friday: 6.30am–9pm (Last entry 8pm)
- Saturday–Sunday: 7am–9pm (Last entry 8pm)
- Junior guests under 16 swim times: daily 9am–11am & 3pm–6pm
Golf Course
Why not enjoy a round of golf or make use of our driving range. To arrange a round of golf on any of our 3 courses, please speak to the hotel receptionist who will be happy to assist you by scanning the QR code below or dialling 01829 863040.
